Why would you want to build that old and deprecated package? And not use `ipmctl` instead?
IMHO this package should be dropped from *all* openSUSE projects! (It's only there for reference and old SLE products.)
Leap rebuilding every packages not like SLE hasn't rebuild stuff from inherited sources, ixpdimm_sw in Leap is from SLE(originally from SLE15 GA), could you confirm that ixpdimm_sw is no longer supported in SLE15? if so I can drop this package from Leap 15.2.
