Leap rebuilding every packages not like SLE hasn't rebuild stuff from inherited
sources, ixpdimm_sw in Leap is from SLE(originally from SLE15 GA), could you
confirm that ixpdimm_sw is no longer supported in SLE15? if so I can drop this
package from Leap 15.2.

BTW we have ipmctl stuff in Leap 15.2 already.
