My rough guess is that you turn on "Audigy Analog/Digital Output Jack" switch. Try turn it on/off. Basically this must be off for analog outputs. It was implemented wrongly (in a reverse way) for some Audigy models and the logic was fixed recently. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Now "System Notifications" are working fine. Furthermore it is possible to play audio-files with amarok. Kaffeine doesn't work. Audio-CDs cannot be played. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

The kaffeine problem is irrelevant with the driver issue. It's likely pulseaudio or the setup problem. The audio-CD is also irrelevant. On 11.1, there is a known problem of the device permission about CD, and this could hit. Anyway, more details are neede (as always). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

But I am shure that I have switched him several times because of the troubles with kaffeine.
