It's because MozillaFirefox-branding-openSUSE and MozillaFirefox31-branding-upstream conflict. They conflict because MozillaFirefox31-branding-upstream contains "Conflicts: otherproviders(MozillaFirefox-branding)" which should probably be "MozillaFirefox-branding31" instead.
