I followed the instructions from: http://en.opensuse.org/Speedtouch_330_PPPoE and http://www.linux-usb.org/SpeedTouch/suse/index.html without results. I have installed all the ppp and linux-atm rpms form install dvd, as well others like vwdial (IIRC) the only result i have is: FATAL: module pppoatm not found FATAL: module br2684 not found VPI & VCI are ok the same for user and pass info.
From http://www.linux-usb.org/ (mandriva section) i succesfully configured and used this usb modem with my old machine with mandriva 2006 linux

I was looking at the site above mentioned, and re compiled my kernel modules and found in some place under USB devices (not remember well) an option to enable speedtouch and others to enable ATM (i believe this is needed too), I'll try to insert modules later and post the results here. but the speedtouch usb modem is different than the eagle, will try anyhow.
