The default values should be set however. GNOME people: I fixed that for SP1, please merge with STABLE.
You're talking about control-center2-default-keybindings-thoenig-01.patch in SP1's control-center2 package, right? Yes, that's the patch. I could not find it -- I could not even remember which package I had to dig in for the fix.
Saying more explicitly what you fixed, assuming you remember several months later, is always helpful :)
