When trying resize a window with some icon theme, KWin doesn`t always show
correct cursor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a KDE session
2. Launch System Settings and change cursor theme to "DMZ" or "WhiteGlass".
"Oxygen" is ok.
3. Try to resize a window by corner. Cursor`s shape is incorrect.
