I noticed that it says file:///home/myhome but actually opens to file:///home/myhome/Documents. I can choose any folder in /home and select it as the default in the settings menu and dolphinrc will be modified. The dolphin icon launces the Documents folder while the run command launches the home folder. If I start the suse menu and type dolphin into the search field, clicking on the result opens my home folder. For more fun, I created a panel applet from the search result of dolphin from the suse menu and the applet opens my home folder.
