--- Comment #2 from Branislav Klocok branislav.klocok@orava.sk 2009-02-18 16:47:22 MST --- It is systray, after I removed systray applet all went ok. When I put it back the same problem occurs. Also I should have said that the icons of programs runned in the systray got completely dissolved.

--- Comment #6 from Branislav Klocok branislav.klocok@orava.sk 2009-02-23 13:51:38 MST --- Did not help. A newly created user had the same issue. Didn't other people report similar bug? I have also noted that my battery goes down faster now, even when I load off the systray. With systray it dies in 1 hour used to last 3. Without systray it dies in 2.

--- Comment #7 from Branislav Klocok branislav.klocok@orava.sk 2009-02-26 01:47:24 MST --- Again an update of KDE 4.1.3 today and the problem is still here I have even tried to reinstall the kde4-workspace from the original cd, but it did not help, but I have noticed that ti seems as the system tray is too small to run more the one icon. When I hide all the icons except one (anyone) the system is back to normal load. Any ideas?

--- Comment #8 from Branislav Klocok branislav.klocok@orava.sk 2009-03-02 01:30:42 MST --- I have made an update to KDE 4.2 and the problem disappeared. Its a pitty that I was not able to solve it in KDE 4.1.3, because now I have to live with a progres repo.

--- Comment #9 from Sven Burmeister sven.burmeister@gmx.net 2009-03-02 01:52:47 MST --- That's easy to solve. Just because the repo shows updates available, you do not have to update. Just ignore those and the repo will be stable, i.e. the version you have installed and works for you, not change.
