Reboot the system. [OK] It would be more userffiendly to name the updates, that need this. It is unclear, weather or not the system will reboot upon pressing OK. This would mean that the user would have to deselect the patches which require a reboot manually. Maybe, we could enhance it and add a "Reboot" button: ... or click "Reboot Now" to reboot the system immediately.
From the security POV, that's probably a wanted feature.

What about adding a note to the patch description?
The patch already has such note and user is warned with a popup similar to your proposal before installing the patch. I hope we could agree on 1. Better wording of the text in the popup in question (comment 1) 2. Summary of patches which are reason for reboot (comment 2) Remember that you can't revert patches installation from the point of popup which is actually shown _after_ all the patches were installed.
