Hovering the mouse over it displays the text "No network interfaces". The Network Manager icon should not be displayed in this instance. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSuSE 12.1 Milestone 5, selecting KDE as a desktop, and ifup for network initialisation 2. Log in to the KDE desktop Actual Results: The Network Manager icon is displayed as a white cross with a red background in the system tray.
