I verified my settings on hermes.opensuse.org, and I should be notified. This is very annoying, as I have no idea if submitreqs get accepted (well, I'll see this later) or rejected. In case of reject typically users state a 'why' which would be very interesting to get of course. my OBS/iChain user: dimstar I consider this major as a workflow is completely broken without the mails (I'd need to osc sr show all the time, remembering all the IDs I created.) The filter was true (== sent a message) if a user with a subscription was either in the source- or targetproject fo the submitrequest. It was changed to: The user is either maintainer in the target project or -package.
I now only get a mail if I create submitreq (and that is afterwards accepted by e.g. vuntz) if I'm a) maintainer of the project I make the SR against b) maintainer of the package I make the SR against Why would I want to do a submitreq in this case? In both cases I can just update the package. I think sort of what bugzilla does for mail notifications is not bad: Do not send the mail to the person doing the action (he's normally aware of it), but to the oterhs. I would like to receive a mail when I change something. I have all options (except "build success") on hermes.o.o active and set to mail notification - most of them with "immediate delivery", build failures as hourly digest. Additionally I have an additional subscription that is only visible in expert mode.
