Giovanni, I'm working on backporting amd-pstate driver for SLE15-SP5 kernel. The branch users/tiwai/SLE15-SP5/amd-pstate contains the backports, and the test kernel package is found in OBS home:tiwai:bsc1212445 repo. What's done there is the backport of amd-pstate cpufreq stuff up to 6.4 kernel level. The driver is activated only when amd_pstate=active (or some other mode) is passed, so it's fairly safe, IMO.
