Giovanni, I'm working on backporting amd-pstate driver for SLE15-SP5 kernel.
The branch users/tiwai/SLE15-SP5/amd-pstate contains the backports, and the
test kernel package is found in OBS home:tiwai:bsc1212445 repo.

What's done there is the backport of amd-pstate cpufreq stuff up to 6.4 kernel
level.  The driver is activated only when amd_pstate=active (or some other
mode) is passed, so it's fairly safe, IMO.

If you have no objection to this, I'll try to push it so that it can be
included in the next maintenance update for August (so it should be pushed in a
couple of days).
