[Bug 1116458] New: [HPC, macros] Handle Dependencies properly when providers are available both in the default and HPC Module Path
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1116458 Bug ID: 1116458 Summary: [HPC, macros] Handle Dependencies properly when providers are available both in the default and HPC Module Path Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: All OS: openSUSE Factory Status: CONFIRMED Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other Assignee: eich@suse.com Reporter: eich@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de CC: hpc-maintainer-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: Development Blocker: --- The HPC dependency generator presently considers a dependency when a provider (library) is available in the default path - even if a provider is also available in the HPC module path. This may create unwanted dependencies. Thus make the dependency generator 'environment module aware'. This requires to add a macro holding the required modules and a macro to set this. This will allow us to take advantage of the module list elsewhere, ie in hpc_setup. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
