The HPC dependency generator presently considers a dependency when a provider (library) is available in the default path - even if a provider is also available in the HPC module path. This may create unwanted dependencies. Thus make the dependency generator 'environment module aware'. This requires to add a macro holding the required modules and a macro to set this. This will allow us to take advantage of the module list elsewhere, ie in hpc_setup.
