This module connect through the USB 3.0 interface. USB 3.0 devices do work fine. I've confirmed the kill switch is not on and the bios does confirm the device is on. Swapping the drive with a Window 7 image and no additional changes and bluetooth operates just fine. lspci and lsusb don't even show the device. lspci and lsusb output will be uploaded shortly. All other devices, usb2.0/usb3.0/wireless are operating properly. This adapter is built into the laptop. I do have an RF kill button but I only see messages about my wireless. I'm not sure the "wireless" button is suppose to control the bluetooth.
So I don't have a good way to unplug and replug.
I could boot with it on, capture a dmesg, then boot with it off and run a diff between the two.
