Bug #416044, comment #1.
Does this already happen during Xserver start or only occasionally?
This is already during SaX2 startup. Easiest workaround for you now is to remove the line 0x045e : 0x00db : microsoft-natural : evdev from /usr/share/sax/sysp/maps/Input.map, then run sax2 again. I'll try to reproduce this issue with our Microsoft Natural keyboard. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I should note: even though X starts enough for me to configure it, I can /not/ leave the X started by sax2 - I never get my screen back. The screen itself is frozen even though I can reboot the machine with control-alt-delete. That's a different issue, however.
Yes, that's the broken nv driver. The other bugreport you filed. Needs to be addressed upstream. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I'll try to reproduce this with a similar USB headset. Hope I can find one. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
