There are missconfigured libsolv-tools in the PATH. A handcrafted libsolv perhaps, built without "CMAKE_FLAGS -DSUSE=1"? (which sets ENABLE_RPMDB and ENABLE_RPMMD)

@Ernst please check as root `type -a repo2solv` to make sure you have no artefacts in e.g /usr/local/bin/.

repo2solv is /root/Sysadmin/MiniConda/bin/repo2solv repo2solv is /bin/repo2solv repo2solv is /usr/bin/repo2solv Indeed it is my mistake. I accidentially added Sysadmin folder.
