repo2solv is /root/Sysadmin/MiniConda/bin/repo2solv
repo2solv is /bin/repo2solv
repo2solv is /usr/bin/repo2solv

Indeed it is my mistake. 
I accidentially added Sysadmin folder. 
Removing it my problem disappears.
