[Bug 1172517] New: systemd-timesyncd: ship separate config package for pool servers
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1172517 Bug ID: 1172517 Summary: systemd-timesyncd: ship separate config package for pool servers Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: systemd-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: lnussel@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Similar to chrony (bug 1156884) systemd should not hardcode built in ntp pool servers by default. Instead, separate subpackages can be created that add a pool, eg in /usr/lib/systemd/timesyncd.conf.d/pool.conf. That allows to have e.g. appliances that work offline. Also helps to get rid of the is_opensuse macro for Leap/SLE. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
