The kernel is recognizing and making the device available via that node. I'm not sure what else I can do for you if the program is seg faulting. Is there an oops or it the program itself? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

A trivial backportpatch from current git-tree's kobil_sct to our 10.3 kernel fixed the problem completely for me. As i understood it the kobil_sct in our 2.6.22.9 reacts somehow other/unexcpected to the userspace libs than the one in previous (and in the current upstream git-tree) kernels. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
