This package is checked and installed (if user decides so) in SuSEFirewall::Read() function call. Please, do not offer any Firewall-related functionality to user when the package is not installed, e.g., changing the Firewall zone for the interface. This is the same for both running system and installation - the only difference is that installation doesn't offer to install the package but running system does.
