The name of my bluetooth devices should be configured acc. to the
hcid.conf setting as:
name "BlueZ %h (%d)";
This would mean, %h should be replaced with "xanthos" as configured
in /etc/HOSTNAME and available in $HOSTNAME variable. My hostname
never changes.
The KBluetooth applet shows the adapter as "BlueZ (none) (0)", same
to the "hciconfig -a" output:
xanthos:~ # hciconfig -a
hci0: Type: USB
UP RUNNING PSCAN ISCAN
Name: 'BlueZ (none) (0)'
Sorry, but I don't see here anything that would be network related.
