On the "Hardware Configuration" screen the "Graphics Card" config is unusable without mouse because using "Change"->"Graphics Card" results only this popup: Click the underlined setting to change. [OK] Shouldn't there be something with a keyboard shortcut to launch the YaST module for the graphics card config?
