Well, I think I found out the root cause of this error: btrfs inode cache.
As soon as I remove the "inode_cache" from /etc/fstab, the system start time
goes down to this:
28865ms ntp.service
16724ms systemd-readahead-replay.service
16720ms systemd-readahead-collect.service
14467ms remount-rootfs.service
14303ms systemd-vconsole-setup.service
14251ms systemd-modules-load.service
2771ms udev-root-symlink.service
2143ms iscsid-early.service
2047ms SuSEfirewall2_init.service
1984ms cycle.service
So now it's 2 seconds to start SuSEfirewall2_init instead of 2 minutes.
NTP is an other interesting thing, because after I removed the
"21-dhcpcd-hook-samba" and "21-cifs" service files I don't have internet
(because the lack of automatic DHCP setup) and it appears in this case NTP
blocks the system start-up.
