I manually unpacked: libclang-3.3-6.4.1.i586.rpm and stuck the contents in /usr/lib, but that is a bit of a kludge which messes up my use of my 13.1 rpm database a bit, and requires me to do the same thing to every computer I install Google's adt-bundle-linux-x86_64-20131030 on.
