i didn`t know that these were separate drivers for the same card, so i tried
each of them alone.
8139cp seems to be unusable:
8139cp 0000:02:0d.0: This (id 10ec:8139 rev 10) is not an 8139C+ compatible
chip
8139cp 0000:02:0d.0: Try the "8139too" driver instead.
so i put it in the blacklist.
no difference with 8139too alone - same problem.
will try unloading before suspend and report later....
anyway - why does 8139cp stay loaded if it`s not responsible for that device?
this seems absolutely nonsense and is waste of ressources. looks like a bug to
me.....
