But it means one could not compile xorg-x11 and cyrus-imap on the same machine.
Not, ate least, without some package installing/removing around.
There is an error somwehere - because if cyrus and uses the wrong makedepend,
then tehere's an problem with its build scripts.
On the other hand, if it (cyrus) should (could) use this makedepend... then
there's something wrong with that package!
It's really simple: Both of the packages should coexist in peace in the same
system - as they do not have overlaping roles.
I do know that OpenSuse is a community Distro. I do know that I am not paying
for support. But I chose to use Suse because it's a higly polished Distro. It
just works, freeing me to use the computer - instead of configuring it.
So, I really appreciate this free (as in beer AND speech) version - but I'm a
little disapointed to see a package behaviour like this one be accepted.
Just a construtive critique.
