The hypervisor is simply out of memory - normally it doesn't need any at normal
runtime (i.e. when not creating domains and alike), but in the specific case of
Dom0 (or a guest) establishing virtual mappings with non-WB cachability, it may
have to split large pages, which requires memory for setting up a page table.
Try booting with dom0_mem= with a value sufficiently much lower than what is in
the box; you can also specify a negative size, which will be taken as "this
much to remain in Xen" (the default being -128M on boxes like yours, so
dom0_mem=-256M may already get you past your issue).
That said, it nevertheless shouldn't be the hypervisor to crash here (but the
kernel), and I'll go and fix that aspect of the problem.
