This warning tells you that ACPI may be making use of the hardware monitoring
features of your IT8716F chip. It may thus not be safe to use the it87 driver
on this machine. This is a warning only, and maybe your system will still work
fine. However, if the it87 driver ever returns odd values, or if ACPI starts
complaining about temperature, then this will be a good hint that you should
not use the it87 driver.
You might mitigate the issue by preventing the "thermal" kernel driver from
loading. But depending on the exact ACPI implementation, it may or may not be
sufficient to prevent the I/O resource conflict.
For the records, I would like to know which motherboard you are seeing this on.
The last message ("hwmon-vid: Unknown VRM version of your x86 CPU") is
completely unrelated. Supposedly, your CPU is very recent and the kernel
doesn't know how to decode its VID pins. VID pins tell the motherboard what
voltage the CPU wants. Please attach the output of "cat /proc/cpuinfo".
