https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=227809 Summary: KDE SUSEHelp - After Building index in a new installation SUSEHelp fails to present search capabilities Product: SUSE Linux 10.1 Version: Final Platform: i386 OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: alpha096@tpg.com.au QAContact: kde-maintainers@suse.de After a standard installation (KDE) I built the search indexes of SUSE help of ALL indexes. On re-display of SUSE help there was no search functionality. Installation went normally, however repeated attempts to delete .db files and rebuild indexes fails to provide search capabilities. On other installations KDE help centre had no issues. Whilst I have other PC's I can use to refer to for help it would be good to find out why this install presents these problems.
