I can't see how this is connected to installing a guest - the calling application (vtltape) should be completely independent. Even worse, the functions vtl_c_ioctl() and vtl_sg_copy_user() referenced in the stack trace don't exist in master (2.6.39), 11.4, or 11.3. Quite logical given that the report references a 2.6.31 based Fedora 12 kernel.
