Hi Per,
I did some research, and there is a good chance the proxy could be your
problem. Allow me to explain.
To help prevent sidejacking, Access Manager ties the session cookie to the
client IP address. If the IP address changes, the session will be invalidated.
Since you have a proxy that handles HTTP, but not HTTPS, there's a good chance
that when you log in (secure) and go back to opensuse.org (non-secure), you are
losing your session before you even have a chance to get back to the site.
This leads to a loop where you get redirected back and forth between the login
app and the site.
This is just a theory, but it seems to be consistent with what you described.
The way to test would be to try doing everything without a forward proxy and
seeing what happens.
