This happened after I did the "factory" upgrade. I started kde as root and did not see this problem. So maybe my config files in ~/.kde ~/.kde4 are causing this. If so which ones can/should I delete? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start kde 2. 3.
