Yes, it's only six seconds here but I'm currently trying to move *all* these delays somewhere else ;) A good place could be the Initializing Progress where we currently have also initialization of partitioner, package management etc. It should fit there well. I was unable to find the exact place from where it is called (Timezone::Set*). So if you could move it or at least write where it is?
