I'm not sure that there is a solution for this problem. Boot from hard disk
means booting from the first disk ... which in this case is the USB disk,
according to the BIOS configuration.
Maybe, is there an option to detect that isolinux is running from the first
disk and boot the second instead? However, IIRC the configuration is written on
the media... Steffen, any idea?
