https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=216139 Summary: Thunderbird Crash with SCIM input Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 1 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: SuSE Other Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: andrew.hartlage@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de I am using OpenSUSE 10.2 Beta1 as an upgrade from SUSE Linux 10.1, and using the standard packages of Thunderbird (1.5.0.7, 20060911) and SCIM 1.4.5. Thunderbird crashes every time I begin input on a new line (or after a carriage return) in Korean (2bul) using SCIM. However, if I begin input on a given line first with SCIM off, then begin subsequent input in Korean (i.e., English first, then Korean), it does not crash. SCIM input behaves normally in other programs in Beta1 (e.g., Firefox, OpenOffice.org, AbiWord), and I have never experienced this problem with Thunderbird in SUSE Linux 10.1. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
