lscpi is, was and will be in /sbin/lspci.
Calling lspci (as non privileged user) gives you following:
# lspci
Absolute path to 'lspci' is '/sbin/lspci', so running it may require superuser
privileges (eg. root).
Furthermore, please note that this is not support forum, but place to report
issues with software.
