https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=849381 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=849381#c0 Summary: Dracut lacks support for logitech wireless keyboard Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 13.1 Version: RC 1 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: cgiboudeaux@gmx.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 Tested with RC1 and reproduceable with Factory. I had to reinstall opensuse on one machine. I chose the RC1 iso. Encrypted LVM volumes were chosen for this installation. However, after the first boot (and even after), my logitech USB keyboard isn't working. Since the encrypted partition couldn't be unlocked, nothing can be done unless you plug a good ol' PS2 keyboard. Replacing dracut with mkinitrd solved the problem.
