The lsusb list does not show any Bluetooth devices. Are you sure there is a BT component to your device?
There was one person that reported a similar problem where no BT device was seen in the lsusb scan, but the device worked when Windows was booted. In my trials, Windows 10 saw the BT device and reported the device ID as "BTH\MS_BTHPAN". That makes no sense to me. Anyone understand it?
