Hmm. Looks like both drivers are loaded. intel and radeon. Please uninstall
xf86-video-intel and restart your Xserver (then modesetting + GLAMOR will be
used for the Intel GPU). Probably you've updated from an older openSUSE
release, where it was still the default. It's no longer recommended to be used
as long as you don't have a very old Intel GPU.
Then also please provide the output of
xrandr --listproviders
so I can easily see, which outputs are driven by which driver ...
