It's still an issue in 12.2. When using systemd there is 5 minutes timeout on
some machines. After that some of them seem to be started correctly but some of
them are completely broken, like it's not possible to login at all.

Strange is that if the machines boot in the state that it's not possible to
login (but login prompt is shown), there are only kernel messages in
/var/log/messages and nothing from ifup etc.
