No, this is yast setting the fsck field in /etc/fstab to something nonzero.
reiserfsck doesn't need to be run on every boot, and the reiserfs superblock
doesn't support mount count or mount time like ext3 does. Running reiserfsck on
every boot is silly. What's the point of a journaling file system if we run
fsck anyway?
