Could you install the system with acpi=off?
If yes, please attach output of the acpidump command (acpidump >/tmp/acpidump).
When exactly does the reboot happen?
Still when the kernel is booting or when userspace already starts to load
(acpi) drivers?
In the latter case you might be able to boot via init=/bin/bash?
If this works, you could try to load some acpi modules manually.
this is due to a BIOS issue which got fixed already.
