So... After some play with my bios i find out that it always failed to verify
flashed version against file image.
Looks like i have some hardware troubles with bios chip.
flashrom -v h55mud2h.f10 -p internal
flashrom v0.9.6.1-r1564 on Linux 3.7.10-1.1-desktop (x86_64)
flashrom is free software, get the source code at http://www.flashrom.org
Calibrating delay loop... OK.
Found chipset "Intel H55". Enabling flash write... OK.
Found Macronix flash chip "MX25L6405" (8192 kB, SPI) at physical address
0xff800000.
Flash image seems to be a legacy BIOS. Disabling coreboot-related checks.
Reading old flash chip contents... done.
Verifying flash... VERIFY FAILED at 0x000131c4! Expected=0xff, Read=0xfd,
failed byte count from 0x00000000-0x007fffff: 0x30fb9
