IMHO we should re-add a similar script for shutdown only which a) check for the existence of /etc/adjtime as then know about the reference clock of the RTC, b) the eleven minute mode is active due ntp, *and* c) if this eleven minute mode does really update the RTC. I've around the last version of the boot.clock script and I'd like to use the stop part from it to implement a systemd unit with this. Any opinions, comments, suggestions, and/or hints for/against this?
Yes, I was about to suggest something like that. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
