After some thought, I decided to rather get vim working with a system wide
directory in which other packages can install their stuff into.
vim provides now
/usr/share/vim/site/
asciidoc can install then the files into
/usr/share/vim/site/syntax
/usr/share/vim/site/ftdetect
(these dirs will also be provided by vim) and then it will work magically out
of the box.
BTW, I propose to change the asciidoc_filetype.vim with the following patch.
Otherwise for any text file asciidoc type will be used, I am not sure if we
want this. In that way a more intelligent detection is used.
