After that I click on "Build" button. After list of projects appear again, there were all original projects, including those I deleted. When You click on "delete" and exit after that, it work, though. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create several projets(3) 2. Exit program to be sure everything is saved and reopen it. 3. Delete one project 4. Build another one. 5. You should see now all three projects are still in list.
