Yes, you will need to set up a bridge. Normally this is done automatically when you install openSUSE. I see you are running the 'Virtualization repo' version of the kernel and Xen which is fine if that was your intent. You can expect regular updates to this version (and possibly some instability) as the development process continues for openSUSE 12.1. If this was not your intent, you will need to back rev to the openSUSE 11.4 versions and then update from the channel to get the latest stable version.
